Hi guys. Here is a step-by-step guide to diagnosing client sequence performance issues in AmpleMarket: https://app.usebubbles.com/3venMsZFNZyu5sppKFwgCd/diagnosing-poor-performing-sequences-in-ample-market

Transcript:

Hey guys, I'm making this video to show you how to diagnose an underperforming

campaign. We've got some metrics that we use to measure if a

campaign isn't performing. They are in motion, so if you see that we're

not getting results for a client and you can see that the sequence itself is not

performing well or the combination of the sequences aren't performing well, you

need to diagnose sequence by sequence and this is how you diagnose the

sequence, right? So the first thing we want to do is, let's take a look at this

client. This is Cyber and it's a new client of ours. It's a good example. You'll

see we started with them at the beginning of Jan. With these two

campaigns, the open rates after a month are very low. We made some changes, they

remained low and then we made some more changes and they increased. There's

lessons we can learn from Cyber and these lessons can be applied to all

of our clients as a method we need to follow before we go look at the copy and

the target market and all those things which we will get to. We need to do some

basic checks before we get into that stuff.

  1. So for starters, the reason why this started badly is when we set up the campaign, the sending time was set to South African time. This is a South African client prospecting to the US, so we need to make sure we're sending at the right time. So you check it in the main account settings, make sure we're sending in the right time zones.
