To significantly change the way business owners, stakeholders, teams, and leaders think about sales from tactics that make “quick bucks" to tactics that deliver long-term value to their clients. This shift will also change the way sales is seen in business to the extent that sales become the leading function of any organisation, based on value and integrity. We want to foster a future where all business is done thoughtfully to create better engines for our civilization.

These biblical principles serve as the foundation of our business and guide our decisions and interactions with all stakeholders. While we strive to live our values, we regularly fall short. We hold ourselves accountable through our OKRs and CFRs and aspire to live them:
Like all businesses, we face our daily challenges, opportunities and temptations. Regardless of all our experience, learning and research, we can never come up with all the answers ourselves. We seek the wisdom, discernment and guidance of our Father in Heaven in all matters relating to our business and our clients.
*“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33)*
We strive to do more than what was expected, no matter how hard. In Matthew 5:41 Jesus said, “If someone forces you to go with him one mile, go with him two miles.” He was teaching them to be different to the norms of their culture. Similarly, we recognise that if we want to achieve the goals we set for ourselves, we need to do things differently, we need to take the second step.
*“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” (Mark 10:45)*
In the world of technology that we live in, everything is in a constant state of change. We read, learn and study our areas of sales and continuously implement our learnings so that we are constantly improving. Not only for our business but for our clients.
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” (Isaiah 43:19)
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” (Romans 12:2)
In our victories and our losses, we strive to remain humble. Humility is elusive because if you think you’re humble, you’re not. So rather, we constantly remind ourselves that our victories are not our own and that we are not alone in our defeats. We try to think of ourselves less and others more.
“For who sees anything different in you? What do you have that you did not receive? If then you received it, why do you boast as if you did not receive it?” (1 Corinthians 4:7)
We are in a unique position where our clients entrust to us the health of their organisational growth. With this immense responsibility, we aim to make a positive impact on our clients, our community, society, and the world through all our business endeavours, while giving our clients hope for the future.
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)
