Domain Research:
- Find domains that are cheap and not in demand
- For example, for Level180.com:
- reachlevel180.com
- attainlevel180.com
- Domains must always follow their suffix, for example, for .com domains, buy .com domains, for .co.za domains, buy .co.za domains, etc.
- For each client, we need to set up two domains.
- Once you have the domains, send them to the client for approval.
Domain Setup:
- Log in to GoDaddy.
- Search for the domains you want to purchase:

- Select full domain protection and continue to cart:

- Ensure you only select the 1-year option:

Domain Forwarding:
- Manage the product and select forwarding:

- Input the client’s primary domain here:

- Click next and finish the forwarding process. This ensures that anyone who goes to the email domains we set up will be redirected to the client’s main website.
Amplemarket CNAME records:
- We need to set up a custom tracking pixel for each client, as follows:
- In the client’s domain, click on DNS settings, then add new record
- Select CNAME and then name it “L- in lowercase - l”, with the name t.amplmkt.com, as per below:

- Go to Amplemarket, settings, and add the custom trackers:

- Ensure that this is done for each of the client’s domains
Email configuration:
- Once you have completed the domain purchases, send an email to Basim, containing the new domains and instructions for setup.
- Here is the email template for Basim. Configure it to contain the details of the domain you set up above.
- Basim will then add the email details to the email password sheet.
- Log in to the email account and set their picture.
- Once the emails have been configured, we need to add them to Mailreach.
- Then sign into the accounts with the new email details, and click on the profile above:

- Click the pencil (edit) icon on the top, and select an image to use for their profile. Just use the image they have on LinkedIn:

- While signed into the user’s account, go to the following link and make sure “less secure apps” is ticked:

Email warmup:
- With the emails set up and configured, we can now start warming them up.
- Log in to Mailreach.
- Click connect account:

- Select the mail server we are using for the email:

- For Google Workspace, make sure to select the “I prefer to connect via less secure apps” option:

- Sign in to the account, as prompted by Mailreach.
- You will see a notification that the account has been successfully loaded into Mailreach.
