The goal of onboarding is to get the client up and running as quickly as possible, while building trust and rapport with the client. To do so, we follow this process:
- Get signed contract
- Send the signed contract to [email protected]
- Director to send a welcome email to the client. Example here.
- Set up onboarding meeting
- Linda will confirm the payment
- Martin / Basim to research, purchase and configure email domains. BDR/ SDR to send the client an email containing the email and domain information. Example here.
- Once the client confirms the domains, reply to let them know we have purchased them and configured them and they are now warming up. Let the client know what the next steps are, as per below.
- Complete the onboarding document with the client in the onboarding meeting
- Share the onboarding document with [email protected]
- Send onboarding documents to the client (share online, so they can also edit). Let the client know what the next steps are, as per below.
- Within 1 week of the onboarding meeting, load the first draft of the email copy into the onboarding document. Send a separate email to the client telling them that this has been done and ask them for their input. Let the client know what the next steps are, as per below.
- Within 1 week of the onboarding meeting, load the data into the onboarding document. Send a separate email to the client telling them that this has been done and ask them for their input.
- Once copy and data is done, run tests from AmpleMarket to ensure all is working properly.
- Once you are satisfied with the results, run tests with the client.
- Go live, make a fuss of it with the client.
